As a Senior Staff Product Architect, you own or co-own the architecture of a single product with deliberate overlap across related products to maintain alignment. This is a director-level scope role with zero direct reports—designed for experienced engineering leaders who want leverage through technical and product judgment rather than people management.
You are a product builder first. You sit at the intersection of product and engineering: close enough to product decisions to co-shape them, close enough to the code to know what you're talking about. You'll spend 20–30% of your time hands-on coding or prototyping, using AI tooling as a first-class part of your craft.
Key responsibilities include: co-defining products with product managers and UX from ideation through shaping; constructively challenging PRDs with formal technical input before prioritization; leading or facilitating technical shaping of initiatives; architecting AI-led product capabilities (deciding where AI belongs, how it's grounded in data and internal foundations like the knowledge graph, and how it stays reliable, safe, and cost-effective); maintaining architectural runway to keep enabling technical work ahead of the roadmap; owning key technical tradeoffs and non-functional requirements (scalability, reliability, security, cost); driving cross-product architectural alignment through the architecture chapter; and staying hands-on through coding, prototyping, and AI-driven analysis.
AI runs through everything you'll build. Your products are AI-led to varying degrees, and the architecture you own decides how well they get to be. You'll work with internal AI foundations and use AI daily as a tool of your own craft in design, prototyping, and analysis.
You'll work remotely from Czechia or Slovakia, with optional access to offices in Bratislava, Brno, or Prague.
