Pigment is seeking a Senior Site Reliability Engineer to join its growing engineering organization in Toronto. As a Senior SRE, you will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining the infrastructure and systems that power Pigment's AI-driven business planning platform used by industry leaders like Unilever, Snowflake, Siemens, and DPD.
In this role, you will work on ensuring high availability, performance, and reliability of Pigment's SaaS platform serving 600+ employees across six global offices. You will collaborate with product and backend engineering teams to architect scalable solutions, implement monitoring and observability practices, and drive operational excellence across the platform. Your responsibilities will include infrastructure automation, incident response and postmortem analysis, capacity planning, and mentoring junior engineers on SRE best practices.
