As a Senior Technical Account Manager in the Enterprise TAM team, you will be the strategic technical partner for key clients, responsible for building long-term relationships and ensuring their success with our payment solutions. You will manage the full lifecycle of client relationships, starting with understanding their business needs and payment infrastructure. Your responsibilities include providing expert technical guidance on API integrations, payment methods, compliance frameworks (3DS, SCA, PCI-DSS, PSD2), and security protocols. You'll proactively identify optimization opportunities within their payment solutions and lead technical migrations as clients expand their use of our platform. Key responsibilities include: serving as the primary technical point of contact for assigned enterprise clients; conducting product demonstrations and technical training workshops to support upselling and feature adoption; coordinating cross-functional project delivery for new payment solution implementations; gathering and synthesizing customer feedback to inform product roadmap decisions; and staying current with payments industry trends, regulations, and emerging technologies to advise clients. You'll work closely with engineering, product, and customer success teams to ensure seamless delivery and minimal disruption to client payment infrastructure. The role requires strong communication skills to engage effectively with both technical stakeholders (developers, architects) and business stakeholders (executives, merchants). You'll occasionally travel to client sites to strengthen relationships and provide on-site support. The position is based in San Francisco with a hybrid working model (3 days per week in office).
