Checkout.com is a global fintech platform powering over 10 billion transactions yearly for companies like eBay, Spotify, Klarna, Uber, and Sony. As a Senior Technical Account Manager in Enterprise TAM, you'll be the strategic technical partner for key clients, responsible for building long-term relationships and ensuring their success with our payment solutions. You'll manage the full lifecycle of enterprise client relationships, starting with understanding their business needs and payment infrastructure. Your technical expertise will be critical—you'll provide expert guidance on API integrations, troubleshoot complex payment issues, and optimize their use of our platform. You'll lead technical migrations and new payment solution implementations, coordinating across internal teams to deliver on time and within specifications. Beyond reactive support, you'll proactively identify upselling opportunities and conduct product demonstrations and training workshops to keep clients current with new features. You'll gather customer feedback and act as a bridge between clients and our product teams, providing market intelligence and insights that shape our roadmap. You'll need 3+ years in an analytical or technical role with strong stakeholder management and presentation skills. A degree in Computer Science, IT, Business, Economics, or Statistics is preferred, or equivalent hands-on experience. You must be familiar with payments industry regulations (3DS, SCA, AVS, MIT), API-based integrations, and front/back-end technologies (JavaScript, CSS, HTML). Knowledge of PCI-DSS, PSD2, and payments compliance is a plus. Excellent communication skills are essential—you'll engage regularly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. The role is hybrid (3 days/week in office in New York) with occasional travel to client sites.
