As a Senior Solutions Engineer covering the Central region, you will be a technical expert on the sales team, responsible for demonstrating how Keyfactor's products meet customer needs across verticals including Medical Services, Manufacturing, Financial Services, and Fortune 2000 companies. You will work in a "One Team" culture alongside Integration Engineers and Sales Directors to design tailored solutions. Key responsibilities include: - Lead technical discussions with key clients to understand requirements and provide advanced solutions aligned with business objectives - Drive solution development for key accounts, ensuring technical robustness and customization - Serve as a subject matter expert, providing advanced technical guidance to internal teams and clients - Contribute to strategic sales initiatives by leveraging deep product knowledge - Collaborate cross-functionally with product management, engineering, and other teams - Stay current on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor offerings - Act as a trusted advisor, building strong client relationships - Mentor and coach junior team members on technical skills and best practices - Participate in product testing and provide actionable feedback Travel expectations: up to 25%. Requirements: - Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience - Extensive experience leading technical discussions and solution development for key accounts - Demonstrated ability to contribute to strategic sales initiatives and mentor junior team members - Strategic thinking and mentorship skills - Adaptability to evolving market dynamics and customer needs - Ability to independently drive large customer meetings (onsite and virtual) to develop architecture and deployment roadmaps - Familiarity with enterprise software, identity, and security solutions - Knowledge of networking fundamentals: Exchange, Active Directory, PKI, Digital Certificates, DNS, Firewalls, Load Balancers - Experience with cloud platforms: Azure, AWS, and/or Google Cloud - Security certifications (CISSP, etc.) preferred - Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
