The Global Sourcing team manages all direct procurement for Verkada's hardware products, spanning cost management from final assembly to sub-tier suppliers, testing, certification, and contract management. Products move quickly from concept to customer delivery in a dynamic, parallel-workflow environment.
As Global Sourcing Manager, you will own end-to-end sourcing execution for assigned product line(s). Key responsibilities include analyzing and negotiating BOM pricing to identify cost opportunities, establishing and maintaining supplier relationships, collaborating cross-functionally to manage production cost and quality, and validating manufacturing value-add through cycle time analysis. You will use SAS tools and analytical capabilities to drive sourcing decisions and interact with internal teams and external suppliers across multiple time zones.
Required: 4+ years in strategic sourcing, supply chain, or commodity management with international supply chain experience across multiple time zones and countries. Engineering degree preferred. Must be willing to work onsite five days per week, accommodate early morning calls, and travel up to 30%. Must be independently authorized to work in Taiwan; visa sponsorship unavailable.
