Salary: USD 155,000 - 170,000 / annual
Legion is seeking a Senior Solutions Consultant to configure and demonstrate the value of its AI-native workforce management platform to prospective customers. This is a highly customer-facing pre-sales role supporting the Enterprise Sales team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Become an expert on all Legion products and demonstrate deep technical knowledge
- Lead pre-sales discovery meetings, proof-of-concept presentations, and technical RFP responses
- Define and present how Legion's platform addresses specific business and operational challenges prospects face
- Develop deep understanding of prospect business models and technical environments
- Identify potential risks, gaps, and obstacles; develop creative solutions to overcome them
- Travel to field events, meetings, and conferences as needed
- Participate in competitive landscape and differentiation discussions
- Support business justification and ROI conversations

Requirements:
- 5+ years of software pre-sales experience
- Technical skills: SQL, Unix, Postman for API endpoints, familiarity with scripting languages, Excel manipulation, data configuration and troubleshooting
- Excellent communication, presentation, and customer-facing skills; ability to communicate at all organizational levels
- Superior organizational, project management, and multitasking abilities
- Desire to work in fast-paced, challenging environment; early-stage startup experience desired
- Experience in labor operations and/or Retail, Food & Beverage, or Hospitality industries is a plus
- Proactive, commanding respect through intelligence, hard work, and persistence
- Strong personal work ethic focused on high-priority issues; action and results oriented
