Oyster is a global employment platform that enables companies to hire, pay, and manage talent across 60+ countries. As a Senior Solutions Consultant, you'll join the sales organization at a transformational moment—moving from manual, one-off pre-sales processes to AI-powered, scalable systems.
You'll partner directly with Sales Executives to uncover prospects' global employment needs and translate them into winning proposals. Your core responsibilities include:
**Customer Conversations**: Join sales calls with prospects and expanding customers. Guide technical discussions around cost breakdowns across 10+ countries, employment law variations by jurisdiction, benefits package comparisons, and implementation readiness planning.
**Building Scalable Tools**: Create templates, automations, and AI-powered assets (benefits comparisons, country guides, risk calculators, value decks) that enable the broader sales team to self-serve on technical validation for smaller deals.
**Deal Strategy**: For larger opportunities, develop business case materials, validate stakeholder engagement through implementation readiness assessments, and help the sales team navigate competitive positioning.
**Cross-Functional Impact**: Provide product feedback, enable the sales team on process changes, surface patterns from large deals, and influence cross-functional projects.
You thrive in this role if you're consultative and can simplify complex topics (compliance, payroll, tax, employment law) for diverse audiences. You're a strong project manager comfortable scoping multi-country initiatives, surfacing risks, and preparing clear briefs. You're comfortable with AI tools and automation to scale your own output. You work independently in async, remote-first environments across time zones.
Bonus qualifications include familiarity with HR/payroll concepts (probation, termination types, time off, taxes, contributions) and structured sales methodologies like MEDDICC. You'll need reliable internet and fluent English.
