As Senior Solutions Architect for the APAC region, you will serve as the technical bridge between Harvey's product capabilities and enterprise client needs. You'll lead the Solutions Architecture team's mission to help leading legal and professional services organizations understand, adopt, and scale the Harvey platform.
Key responsibilities include:
- Partner with Account Executives to lead technical discovery sessions, scope solutions, and drive platform adoption for enterprise clients across APAC
- Deliver compelling product demonstrations and technical presentations that translate complex AI concepts into clear business value for enterprise buyers
- Serve as the primary technical point of contact for prospective customers, addressing questions around APIs, security, authentication, and platform integration
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success to translate customer feedback and market insights into product improvements
- Support the end-to-end sales cycle by building relationships with legal, IT, and executive stakeholders at target organizations

The role is hybrid with flexibility: 3 days in the Sydney office, 2 days working from home. REQUIREMENTS:
- 5+ years of experience in solutions architecture, pre-sales engineering, or technical consulting within a B2B SaaS environment
- Strong understanding of APIs, security frameworks, cloud architecture, and platform integration concepts
- Proven ability to engage with enterprise clients, explain complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences, and align solutions with business needs
- Experience working closely with sales or go-to-market teams to support pipeline generation and deal execution
- Interest in AI, legal technology, or professional services, with a desire to deepen domain expertise
- Based in Sydney with valid Australian work rights (Harvey does not currently offer visa sponsorship for this role)
