Avathon is seeking a Senior Solutions Architect to lead pre-sales efforts for generative and agentic AI solutions targeting industrial sectors including energy, mining, manufacturing, and aerospace & defense. You will serve as the technical anchor throughout the sales lifecycle, translating customer business objectives into concrete AI architectures built on Avathon's Computational Knowledge Graph (CKG), Model Hub, Agent Foundry, and Visual AI (VAIA) capabilities.
Key responsibilities include developing strategic technical roadmaps and implementation plans that align with customer business objectives and existing OT/IT architecture. You will design and implement AI architectures orchestrating complex workflows across enterprise and industrial systems, integrating Avathon's platform with hyperscaler services (GCP, AWS, Oracle) and industrial data sources (SCADA, OPC-UA/DA, MQTT, historians).
You will credibly advise senior technical and executive stakeholders on architectural trade-offs, risks, and long-term AI strategy, translating complex technical concepts into business language that demonstrates clear value. Partner closely with account teams, forward-deployed engineering, and product teams to turn multi-stakeholder requirements into production-grade AI solutions.
This role sits at the intersection of frontier AI and industrial transformation. You'll engage with customers during discovery and design phases, lead proof-of-concept (POC) architecture and technical validation, and support deal closure by addressing technical concerns and demonstrating feasibility. You'll also mentor junior technical staff and contribute to thought leadership in industrial AI.
