Forescout is seeking a Senior Solutions Architect to serve as a trusted technical advisor for enterprise cybersecurity solutions. In this role, you will partner closely with customers to design scalable, secure, and business-aligned solutions using the Forescout platform, which provides automated cybersecurity across IT, IoT, OT, and IoMT assets.
Key responsibilities include conducting technical discovery workshops to analyze customer requirements and design comprehensive technical solutions. You will develop solution architecture diagrams and detailed technical documentation, ensuring alignment with best practices, industry standards, and client objectives. As a trusted advisor, you'll guide clients through technical aspects of their projects, serve as a point of escalation for technical issues, and build strong relationships with key stakeholders.
You will provide technical oversight during project delivery, including troubleshooting and issue resolution, while developing deployment strategies that adhere to quality standards. The role involves leading technical workshops and training sessions for both clients and internal teams, identifying and mitigating potential technical risks, and staying updated on emerging technologies and trends.
Collaboration is central to this position—you'll work closely with Professional Services, Sales, and Customer Success teams to develop solution proposals and contribute to the development of reusable assets, templates, and best practices. You'll share knowledge and expertise with internal teams to foster continuous learning and innovation.
Required qualifications include 5+ years of experience as a Solution Architect, Technical Consultant, or similar role in professional services. You should hold a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or related field, with a proven track record of designing and delivering enterprise-level solutions. Strong understanding of enterprise architecture, cloud solutions, IT infrastructure, system integration, and API design is essential. Experience with automation, orchestration, and DevOps practices is valued.
You must possess excellent communication and presentation skills, strong problem-solving abilities, and a customer-focused mindset. A current Forescout FSCE certification is required; CISSP or similar certifications are a plus. The ideal candidate is self-motivated with a 'can do' attitude and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
