Airtable is seeking a Senior Solutions Architect to lead enterprise customer engagements in the Professional Services organization. The role sits at the intersection of business process transformation and AI-powered workflow design, working with Fortune 100 companies to redesign how work gets done using Airtable's no-code platform and agentic systems. You will own end-to-end solution design for complex enterprise engagements, translating existing workflows into architectures where humans and AI agents operate together. Key responsibilities include: conducting discovery and pushing to recommendations faster by identifying organizational design questions beneath customer problems; designing solutions that account for both technical implementation and process redesign; identifying where agentic workflows create real leverage and designing reliable handoffs for production use; navigating organizational complexity by building stakeholder coalitions and finding internal champions; creating reusable solution patterns and reference architectures; and staying accountable through delivery, adapting designs as customer reality evolves. You bring 7+ years of client-facing delivery, consulting, or enterprise transformation experience, with a track record leading complex engagements at VP and C-suite levels. You have hands-on experience designing agentic workflows, making decisions about model selection, prompt architecture, human-in-the-loop checkpoints, and risk assessment. Your background includes business process transformation where deliverables were organizational change, not just software deployment. You communicate fluently across C-level sponsors, technical stakeholders, and business SMEs, and you bring a point of view on what customers should do, not just what options exist. You're comfortable with enterprise-scale complexity: thousands of users, multi-business unit organizations, and compliance/security constraints.
