Filigran is a global cybersecurity company founded in 2022, offering open-source, AI-powered solutions for Continuous Threat Exposure Management (CTEM). As Senior Solution Engineer, you will join the Go-to-Market team to guide strategic prospects and customers in adopting and integrating Filigran's open-source platforms—OpenCTI and OpenAEV. You'll operate at the intersection of technical expertise and client enablement, directly supporting Sales, Customer Success, and Product teams.
Key responsibilities include:
- Delivering technical and functional guidance to key prospects and customers
- Building and running product demonstrations and workshops tailored to specific use cases
- Designing technical solutions aligned with customer architecture and business goals
- Leading Proof-of-Value (PoV) deployments and maintaining healthy environments
- Supporting smooth handovers from Sales to Customer Success
- Representing Filigran as a technical advisor in client discussions, from development teams to C-level executives
- Contributing to technical documentation, training, and integration projects
- Maintaining strong relationships with the OpenCTI community and users
- Working closely with Product, Engineering, and Marketing to feed back insights and influence the roadmap
You will report to the CRO or Head of Presales (depending on region) and work cross-functionally with Sales, Customer Success, Product, and Engineering teams. You'll also collaborate with leadership on go-to-market strategies and engage with community members and technical users of the open-source platforms.

REQUIREMENTS:
- 5+ years in Solution Engineering, Technical Account Management, Consulting, or Presales role
- Strong understanding of cybersecurity or crisis management topics
- Ability to explain technical concepts to both engineering and non-technical stakeholders
- Experience leading workshops, technical trainings, or product demos
- Comfortable operating in a remote-first, fast-paced, and collaborative environment
- Fluent in French and English
- Bonus: Prior experience in threat intelligence, SOC, breach and attack simulation/pentesting, or public sector cybersecurity
