Salary: EUR 135,000 - 147,500 / annual
OneStream is seeking a Senior Solution Consultant for the EMEA region to join the presales team. In this role, you will become an expert in OneStream technology and leverage that expertise daily to present the value proposition and benefits of solutions to partners, prospects, and customers while supporting the sales force.
Key responsibilities include:
- Delivering flawless standard and custom product demonstrations to mid and C-level executives in the Office of Finance, shortening the sales cycle
- Providing presales technical and functional support to prospective clients and customers with minimal supervision
- Acting as a technical resource and mentor to less experienced Sales Consultants, Sales Development representatives, and Sales team members
- Transforming business requirements and challenges into compelling Proof of Concept presentations
- Developing and delivering high-quality OneStream presentations and demonstrations
- Presenting and articulating advanced product features, benefits, product roadmap, and overall OneStream solutions
- Improving and maintaining standard demo assets to ensure top-notch sales presentations
- Designing, validating, and presenting Database and OneStream Cloud solutions, including advanced product concepts and future direction
- Developing and managing customer references through high-quality technical and professional relationships
- Demonstrating excellent communication and presentation skills in all interactions
- Willing and able to travel as needed
Requirements:
- BS degree or equivalent; advanced degree desirable in Computer Science or Technology-related field
- Technical experience with OneStream or similar CPM (Corporate Performance Management) tools
- 6+ years of experience in Database Management, including building, developing, and deploying applications
- Strong understanding of financial planning and analysis (FP&A) concepts and workflows
- Excellent presentation and communication skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Legally authorized to work in the country where the position is located without sponsorship
