Salary: USD 166,000 - 220,000 / annual
Anduril Industries is a defense technology company transforming U.S. and allied military capabilities through advanced technology. This role is a zero-to-one product leadership opportunity within ArsenalOS, Anduril's digital backbone for the hardware enterprise lifecycle.
You will own the Forge Portal, a net-new platform enabling external stakeholders—suppliers, partners, subcontractors, and auditors—to execute workflows at speed with Anduril. This product sits within ArsenalOS Quality and will initially connect supplier quality workflows into a seamless operating environment, replacing fragmented tools and manual processes with purpose-built systems.
Key responsibilities include:
- Define and own product strategy and roadmap for the Forge Portal with clear vision, rationale, and timing
- Build the product from ground up—vision through MVP to scaled adoption
- Partner with quality engineering, supplier quality, reliability, manufacturing, and supply chain teams to define software connecting their workflows
- Define integration strategy between quality systems and adjacent platforms (MES, ERP, PLM, sustainment) ensuring proper data flow
- Collaborate with security engineering on authentication, authorization, and access control for external stakeholders
- Leverage AI and modern tooling to accelerate product development, from prototyping to intelligent workflows
- Establish metrics and feedback loops tied to business outcomes (escape rates, supplier response times, cost of quality, inspection throughput)
- Own prioritization, scope, tradeoff decisions, release planning, and execution quality across cross-functional engineering teams
- Drive adoption so business teams and external partners use the product effectively
- Work transparently: document decisions, communicate roadmap and tradeoffs clearly, create durable alignment artifacts
You must be able to zoom in on how a single quality engineer dispositions a finding and zoom out to design systems, data models, and integrations connecting quality execution to manufacturing, supply chain, and sustainment. Every defect caught earlier, every supplier interaction accelerated, and every workflow automated helps Anduril build and field critical technology faster.
REQUIREMENTS:
- 7+ years of product management experience building enterprise or B2B platforms with high complexity, multiple stakeholders, and cross-organizational dependencies
- Strong domain knowledge in complex operational environments where many personas with distinct roles and requirements must be orchestrated
- Proven experience building net-new products from vision through MVP to scaled adoption
- Experience building or managing B2B platforms where multiple organizations interact through shared workflows and data exchange
- Experience defining and shipping software integrating with adjacent enterprise systems (ERP, MES, PLM, sustainment, procurement, internal data platforms)
- Demonstrated ability to leverage AI/ML and modern tooling to accelerate product development—from rapid prototyping to intelligent product features
- End-to-end product ownership with ability to point to business outcomes driven, not just shipping metrics
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for operators, engineers, business leaders, and executives
- U.S. Person status required due to potential access to export-controlled data
- Ability to work in-office full time and willingness to travel to operational sites as needed
PREFERRED:
- Experience in manufacturing, quality, aerospace, robotics, defense, or other high-complexity physical product environments
- Experience with multi-tenant platforms, portal architectures, or systems serving both internal and external users with differing access and workflow requirements
- Comfort producing mockups, wireframes, or interactive prototypes rapidly via design tools, AI-assisted generation, or code
