Anduril Industries is seeking a Senior Software Platform Engineer to join the Intelligence Systems team, focused on delivering specialized engineering and products for Intelligence Community customers. This role is central to building and maintaining the platform infrastructure that powers Anduril's Lattice OS and advanced defense capabilities. You will design and implement secure CI/CD pipelines enabling automated build, test, and deployment of software across multiple classified enclaves. Working closely with software engineers and tactical developers, you'll optimize build and test processes, reduce deployment friction, and integrate security controls early in the development lifecycle. You'll architect Infrastructure-as-Code frameworks using Terraform, Ansible, or similar tools to provision and configure development, test, and production environments tailored for classified networks. Key responsibilities include automating security compliance workflows (STIG scanning, vulnerability assessment, configuration validation, compliance reporting), developing containerization and orchestration solutions (Docker, Kubernetes) with appropriate security hardening, and creating monitoring and logging infrastructure to support security operations and incident response. You'll partner with system administrators and ISSM/ISSO personnel to ensure deployed systems meet rigorous customer security requirements. Required qualifications: 5+ years of experience with a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; strong hands-on experience with CI/CD tools (GitLab CI, Jenkins, GitHub Actions); proficiency in Python and Bash; understanding of software engineering fundamentals; familiarity with Infrastructure-as-Code tools; working knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes; Linux system administration and networking expertise; and an active U.S. Secret security clearance (minimum). Preferred qualifications include experience in classified DoD/IC environments, ATO processes, STIG implementation, continuous monitoring, Python package development, SCAP-compliant scanning tools, secure software supply chain practices, zero-trust architectures, GitOps workflows, observability tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, Splunk), PKI and secrets management, air-gapped deployments, and relevant security certifications (Security+, CISSP, AWS/Azure).
