As a Senior Software Engineer on the Business Systems Engineering team, you will design and implement technical solutions that bridge AWS, Salesforce, and NetSuite to support Go-to-Market operations. The team focuses on eliminating bottlenecks and friction points for sales, order, finance, and support teams through automation, data reliability, and process improvements.
Key responsibilities include:
- Design and implement technical solutions spanning AWS, Salesforce, and NetSuite
- Improve systems observability and invest in reliability and correctness of data
- Develop customer empathy to propose improvements to internal systems
- Lead projects from ideation through release
- Mentor junior engineers
You bring 5+ years of software engineering experience with a focus on distributed systems at scale. You have shipped customer-facing products or internal tools, thrive in fast-paced startup environments, and have deep expertise in distributed systems and data processing. AWS cloud experience is essential, including Kubernetes, Fargate, Lambda, Airflow, Athena, DynamoDB, VPC, and EC2. Experience with data infrastructure and analytics is a bonus.
