As Senior Scientist, Real-World Evidence and Outcomes, you will play a critical role in advancing the company's clinical validation and outcomes research. This position involves designing and executing real-world evidence studies, analyzing clinical outcomes data, and translating predictive model performance into measurable patient and operational impact. You will work cross-functionally with clinical, product, and data science teams to establish evidence frameworks, manage relationships with healthcare partners and research institutions, and publish findings that demonstrate the clinical and economic value of Circadia's platform.
Key responsibilities include developing RWE study protocols, managing data collection and analysis pipelines, conducting outcomes research, presenting findings to healthcare stakeholders and regulatory bodies, and contributing to clinical publications and conference presentations. This role requires deep expertise in healthcare data analysis, outcomes research methodology, and familiarity with post-acute care settings.
