Medely is a Series C healthcare staffing marketplace connecting healthcare professionals with on-demand work opportunities. The company is building the systems and tools that power its revenue organization's growth.
You will own the day-to-day administration and strategic evolution of Salesforce as the central system for Medely's revenue operations. Reporting to the Head of GTM Systems, you'll be the primary Salesforce administrator with meaningful ownership and an experienced partner to collaborate with.
Key responsibilities include:
- End-to-end Salesforce administration: advanced configuration, security, user roles, custom objects, and declarative automation. Treat the object model as a designed system, not a request queue.
- Data governance and metrics: own the definitions behind customer and funnel metrics through a documented data dictionary, change control, and field-level ownership. Enforce data hygiene at the point of entry (deduplication, matching, validation rules).
- Lead and account routing: drive automation accuracy to 100% with monitoring that catches drift early. Instrument the funnel to identify where deals stall.
- Integration and system architecture: oversee third-party integrations, API configurations, and middleware across sales engagement, enrichment, customer success, support, and billing. Support minor development efforts including Apex triggers and code troubleshooting.
- Reporting layer: build advanced reports, dashboards, and executive views by vertical so leadership reaches the same conclusions from the same data.
- GTM systems triage: serve as single point of contact for inbound requests, prioritize work, decide build vs. outsource, manage releases, and implement LLM-assisted workflows (ICP scoring, intent signals, account research).
You'll work closely with Sales, Marketing, Account Management, Customer Success, and other cross-functional teams to identify process breakdowns and build solutions that increase effectiveness.
Required experience: 5+ years in Business Systems, RevOps, Sales Ops, Marketing Ops, or comparable technical operations role with hands-on Salesforce administration. Deep Salesforce data fluency (object model, SOQL, cross-object formulas, reports). Integration experience syncing Salesforce with adjacent platforms. Cross-system diagnostic instinct to trace discrepancies to root cause. Governance discipline with documentation, versioning, and point-of-entry hygiene enforcement.
Desirable: LeanData experience (lead/account matching, routing, monitoring), light development support (Apex, process automation), data warehouse/lake exposure (Snowflake, Databricks, BigQuery), AI fluency in production use cases, consulting/agency/early-stage background.
