Veeam, the Data and AI Trust Company, is seeking a Senior Sales Engineer to drive technical leadership in sales for the Securiti AI portfolio following its acquisition of Securiti AI, the leader in AI-powered data security posture management (DSPM). You will serve as the primary technical subject matter expert, partnering with a Securiti Sales Specialist and supporting 3–5 Account Executives and Veeam Solution Engineers.
In this role, you will guide customers from needs assessment through solution design, delivering hands-on demonstrations and proof-of-concepts to showcase value. You will act as the primary technical contact for Securiti AI solutions during the sales cycle, leading technical discussions and designing customized security solutions that address customer needs in data discovery, posture management, and compliance. You will collaborate closely with product, engineering, and customer success teams to ensure smooth transitions from sales to implementation.
Success requires strong technical expertise in data and cloud security, the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and business stakeholders, and a track record of building trust with enterprise clients. You will present complex security concepts clearly and tailor solutions to diverse customer environments.

REQUIREMENTS:
- 10+ years of technical sales experience in security
- 15+ years in Software/SaaS/Enterprise technical sales
- Significant experience in pre-sales or sales engineering
- Strong understanding of data and/or cloud security
- Hands-on experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP
- Knowledge of data privacy/security standards (GDPR, NIST 800-53, ISO 27001)
- Experience with DSPM frameworks, Linux, Kubernetes, or cloud data systems
- Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or cloud-specific certifications preferred
- Effective communicator with both technical and business stakeholders
