As a Senior Sales Engineer, you will be a pre-sales technical expert driving enterprise deals with Fortune 500 customers. You'll partner with Regional Sales Managers to navigate complex, multi-stakeholder opportunities and lead technical pilots (POCs/POVs) that demonstrate measurable business value. Your role bridges sales and product, requiring you to conduct compelling demos and presentations to both technical and non-technical audiences, execute business value assessments, and act as a trusted advisor to customers.
Key responsibilities include: partnering with sales leadership on enterprise deals, leading proof-of-concept projects, collaborating cross-functionally with Product, Customer Success, and Engineering teams to influence roadmap decisions, executing business value assessments, delivering product demonstrations, and building strong customer relationships through consultative problem-solving.
You bring 5+ years of proven success selling enterprise SaaS and/or innovative hardware solutions, with clear examples of managing complex technical deals. You have excellent communication and presentation skills, a Bachelor's degree in CS or related field, and a customer-first, competitive mindset. Technical requirements include solid understanding of L2 switching (VLANs, network isolation), basic Linux networking skills (IP/mask/gateway configuration, MLAG/failover), and familiarity with cloud environments (GCP, AWS, Azure). Bonus experience includes knowledge of security cameras and physical access control systems (PACS).
