Salary: USD 122,000 - 165,000 / annual

As Senior Sales Enablement Manager, you will own the end-to-end design and execution of the sales enablement system for the GTM organization.
Key responsibilities include: building and scaling the onboarding program for new GTM hires (weeks 1–90) with role plays and certification gates; producing core field assets including discovery guides, pitch narratives, competitive briefs, objection handling frameworks, and ROI templates; owning and running weekly GTM enablement sessions; leading the rollout of MEDDPICC and Command of the Message methodologies with training, reinforcement materials, and manager inspection checklists; equipping frontline managers with 1:1 coaching guides and call review frameworks; managing the enablement content system (deciding what gets built, reused, refreshed, or retired); partnering with Marketing and Product on launch enablement and demo excellence; and leveraging AI to enhance content production, assessment generation, and personalized learning paths.
This is a hands-on individual contributor role with significant strategic ownership. You will work cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Marketing, RevOps, and Customer Success teams. The ideal candidate has 5–7 years of sales or GTM enablement experience in B2B SaaS, proven ability to build enablement programs from the ground up, working fluency in MEDDPICC or Command of the Message (with at least one rollout), strong facilitation skills, comfort with ambiguity, proficiency with Gong and Salesforce, and demonstrated use of AI to increase output. Experience in identity or cybersecurity is a plus.
