This Senior Sales Development Representative role focuses on generating pipeline within the largest US health systems. You'll serve as the first point of contact, identifying and qualifying high-value accounts through stakeholder mapping, targeted prospecting, and discovery conversations. The ideal candidate brings 4+ years of enterprise sales, inside sales, or SDR experience in healthcare technology or SaaS, with proven success in complex B2B environments.
Key responsibilities include:
- Driving conversations across clinical and enterprise stakeholders in large health systems, conducting account research, building stakeholder maps, and engaging personas across clinical, IT, and executive levels
- Accelerating deals by managing early-stage opportunities, performing targeted outreach, leading discovery sessions, and rigorously qualifying deals
- Leveraging storytelling around Aidoc's aiOS workflow integration and CARE foundation models to nurture relationships with IT, C-Suite, and clinical stakeholders
- Supporting account team expansions by updating research, coordinating resources, and identifying whitespace opportunities
Required qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or related field (advanced degree preferred); 4+ years enterprise/inside sales or SDR experience in healthcare tech or SaaS; proven track record in stakeholder mapping and deal progression; knowledge of clinical departments, IT integrations, and enterprise budgeting; excellent communication and relationship-building skills; proficiency in CRM tools (Salesforce, SalesLoft, or similar); ability to work independently in fast-paced environments while collaborating cross-functionally.
