Cyera is seeking a Senior Sales Compensation Analyst to join its Sales Compensation team. The company is at the center of how enterprises adopt AI securely, providing AI trust infrastructure to Fortune 1000 companies. This role is responsible for administering, validating, reporting, and managing sales compensation programs across a growing revenue organization. The Sr. Sales Compensation Analyst will ensure accurate and timely commission processing, maintain compensation plans in CaptivateIQ, resolve compensation inquiries, and support reporting while partnering cross-functionally with Sales, Finance, Payroll, RevOps, HR, and leadership. This is a highly visible role requiring strong analytical skills, meticulous attention to detail, hands-on CaptivateIQ expertise, sound judgment, and the ability to operate in a fast-paced environment managing multiple compensation plans, teams, and stakeholders. Key responsibilities include administering assigned sales compensation plans (SE, SE Leadership, Channel, Channel Leadership, Overlay, MBO-based, and special incentive programs) in CaptivateIQ; supporting monthly and quarterly commission processing with payout validation, audit checks, and reconciliation; maintaining compensation rules, plan logic, participant data, crediting, quotas, hierarchies, and calculations; reviewing and validating commissionable data; investigating and resolving compensation inquiries, disputes, and exceptions; partnering cross-functionally to research and resolve compensation issues; supporting plan issuance, tracking, and documentation; maintaining accurate documentation of plan rules, processes, exceptions, and SOPs; assisting with compensation reporting including payout summaries and attainment analysis; identifying process improvements and automation opportunities; providing backup support and cross-training; and supporting annual and mid-year plan rollouts and testing. The ideal candidate is highly analytical, detail-oriented, and experienced in administering complex compensation plans within CaptivateIQ. They are proactive, organized, comfortable with sensitive compensation data, and able to balance recurring operational responsibilities with ad hoc requests and investigations. Success means accurate and timely commission payouts, well-maintained CaptivateIQ systems, efficiently resolved inquiries, clearly documented plans, properly tracked exceptions, and strong cross-functional confidence in compensation data and processes.
