Believe, a global artist development company operating in 50+ countries, is seeking a Senior Sage X3 Techno-Functional Consultant to support the integration of Information System tools across newly acquired subsidiaries. Reporting to the IS Finance Integration Manager, you will lead the deployment and configuration of Sage X3 ERP, with a primary focus on the Finance module in an international, multi-country context.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct gap analysis between the Group's Sage X3 Finance Core Model and local subsidiary processes to identify integration requirements.
• Challenge and review business needs to develop functional specifications, prioritizing a "Standard First" approach to maintain scalability.
• Author comprehensive functional and technical documentation, including legal adaptations, API interfaces, and configuration guides aligned with service methodology.
• Manage multi-legislation requirements and coordinate with local integrators to implement country-specific configurations.
• Configure Sage X3 tools and oversee end-to-end data migration, including Master Data and Transactional Data, using Excel, Google Sheets, and ETL tools such as N8N.
• Build SQL queries and generate reports using Crystal Reports and Power BI to support business intelligence and operational reporting.
• Collaborate with L4G developers to oversee custom development and ensure alignment with functional requirements.
• Prepare and facilitate user training sessions and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure successful adoption.
• Troubleshoot and resolve functional issues during testing and go-live support phases (Hypercare).
• Drive change management initiatives to ensure smooth transition to the support team.
You will serve as the functional expert and guardian of the Sage X3 Core Model, ensuring best practices are applied across the Group. You are proactive, creative in solving technical and functional constraints, and excel at clear communication across departments. You bring a continuous improvement mindset and commitment to optimizing processes and solutions.
Requirements:
• 6+ years of project management experience with Sage X3 (Finance module) in an international environment.
• Full mastery of Sage X3 Finance configuration and technical interfaces (Import/Export, Query tools).
• Proficiency in multiple technical areas: Crystal Reports, L4G, SQL, API, XML, soapUI, N8N (ETL), Google Sheets, PowerShell, Apps Script, NotePad++, EM Editor, and/or Power BI.
• Degree in IT (BE/B.Tech, MCA) and/or Finance (MBA Finance, CA).
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).
• Strong analytical and synthesis skills; autonomous, rigorous, and reliable with excellent adaptability.
