Horizon3.ai is a fast-growing cybersecurity company building autonomous penetration testing and vulnerability assessment solutions. The company is establishing a Strategy & Programs function within Revenue Operations and seeking a Senior Program Manager to lead complex, cross-functional initiatives.
In this role, you will lead moderately complex initiatives spanning Revenue Operations and the broader business, partnering with Sales Operations, Systems Operations, Deal Desk, Customer Operations, Partner Operations, Finance, Product, Engineering, and Marketing. You will translate strategic priorities into executable plans with clear milestones, dependencies, and success measures. You'll establish appropriate governance structures, operating cadences, and stakeholder engagement models while managing multiple concurrent initiatives.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading strategic initiatives from scoping through implementation with minimal day-to-day direction
- Coordinating cross-functional work and facilitating effective working sessions and decision-making forums
- Identifying and driving resolution of dependencies, risks, blockers, and competing priorities
- Maintaining project plans, risks, and action items while providing executive-ready status updates
- Supporting business transformation initiatives including sales process changes, territory/segmentation work, pricing rollouts, partner program launches, Quote-to-Cash transformation, revenue technology implementations, CRM/GTM systems initiatives, and process redesign
- Helping establish repeatable project management standards and governance practices
As an early member of the Strategy & Programs team, you'll help shape how project management operates within Revenue Operations as the function scales. This is not a traditional IT project management or coordinator role—it requires combining strong program management discipline with business acumen, sound judgment, and the ability to create structure in ambiguous environments.
Successful candidates turn ambiguous priorities into clear plans, create accountability without bureaucracy, anticipate risks, drive timely decisions, build trust across stakeholders, and help initiatives achieve intended outcomes while ensuring sustainable handoffs to functional owners.
REQUIREMENTS:
- 5+ years of project, program, business operations, Revenue Operations, or related experience leading cross-functional initiatives
- Demonstrated ability to independently manage moderately complex projects from scoping through implementation
- Experience in high-growth SaaS, technology, or similarly fast-paced environments
- Strong project planning, organization, prioritization, and risk-management skills
- Strong business acumen and ability to quickly understand unfamiliar business processes and operating models
- Demonstrated ability to lead through influence rather than formal authority
- Experience coordinating stakeholders across multiple functions and organizational levels
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including communicating project status, risks, and recommendations to senior leaders
- Ability to identify problems, evaluate tradeoffs, exercise sound judgment, and drive teams toward practical solutions
- Comfort operating in ambiguity and creating structure where processes may not yet be fully defined
- Ability to balance project management rigor with speed and pragmatism required in high-growth environments
VALUABLE EXPERIENCE:
- Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Customer Operations, Partner Operations, Deal Desk, or Business Operations
- Cross-functional GTM initiatives or commercial transformation
- Business systems or revenue technology implementations
- CRM, CPQ, CLM, ERP, or other enterprise technology programs
- Product or Engineering partnership
- Process improvement and operating model design
- Change management and organizational transformation
- Data, analytics, or data governance initiatives
