This Senior Revenue Operations Analyst role owns the GTM data function within Revenue Operations. You will build and maintain the data layer behind acquisition, retention, churn, revenue, and unit economics metrics—serving as the single source of truth for what is actually happening in the revenue engine.
Key responsibilities include:
- Owning Stay22's GTM data dictionary, defining metrics, calculations, and ownership
- Building and maintaining unit economics layers (CAC:LTV, payback, retention, cohort analysis)
- Owning executive and board-level dashboards and recurring GTM reporting cadence
- Designing self-serve tools and models for functional leads to track day-to-day metrics
- Investigating anomalies proactively and turning analysis into actionable recommendations
- Contributing to territory modeling, scenario planning, and compensation modeling
- Partnering with Finance, Sales, RevOps leadership, and the company-wide data pod
You will not simply produce reports on request. You are expected to understand what is happening in the business before being asked, catch numbers that don't hold up, and turn analysis into clear recommendations. This is a senior role requiring end-to-end ownership with autonomy and judgment.
Requirements: 4+ years in analytics, revenue operations, business operations, FP&A, or related field. Experience in complex or non-SaaS revenue models (marketplace, travel, affiliate, payments, fintech, adtech) is especially relevant. Strong SQL skills and ability to walk through analytical projects from start to finish. Comfort with advanced Excel/Sheets, Python, or BI tools. Sharp GTM and commercial acumen. Track record of proactive ownership and thoughtful use of AI/tooling. Ability to operate in fast-paced, not-fully-structured environments. Strong English communication; French is an asset. Experience with CAC:LTV, retention, cohort analysis, payback, forecasting models, or high-growth operating model building is a plus.
