Mercury is a fintech platform providing banking, treasury, and financial workflow solutions for startups and technology companies. They are seeking a Senior Revenue Enablement Specialist to build and scale product enablement programs as the company ships new products at an accelerating pace. In this role, you will own revenue readiness for product launches and major updates, designing enablement programs that certify sales representatives before they sell and scale as reusable resources for new hires. You'll conduct needs assessments to identify gaps and opportunities, translate product positioning into field-ready guidance (talk tracks, discovery questions, demo paths, competitive framing), and measure behavior change through conversation intelligence and enablement platform data to connect programs to pipeline, attach, and win rates. You will partner closely with product marketing, product, revenue strategy, and sales leadership on high-visibility launches. Key responsibilities include distributing and maintaining product enablement assets, surfacing field insights back to leadership to inform product development, and identifying where AI and emerging technologies can improve employee effectiveness. This is an opportunity to build a function from the ground up at a pivotal growth moment. REQUIREMENTS: - 5+ years of experience in sales, revenue enablement, product enablement, or similar roles supporting go-to-market teams - Experience partnering with business leaders in complex environments to develop objectives, solve problems, and implement strategies - Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects in a fast-paced, evolving environment - Strong sense of ownership with first-principles thinking and curiosity - Strong data fluency; ability to pull your own data and connect insights across sources independently - Genuine enthusiasm for AI and emerging technology; active experimentation with LLMs, copilots, or automation platforms; view AI as a force multiplier - Demonstrated ability to bring structure and simplicity to complex, ambiguous business problems - Ability to work independently, identify issues, and proactively build and implement solutions from the ground up - Comfort in ambiguous, fast-paced environments with clear judgment on escalation - Excellent oral and written communication, time management, and prioritization skills
