Amplitude, a leading AI analytics platform serving 4,700+ customers including Atlassian, Burger King, and NBCUniversal, is seeking a Senior Revenue Analyst to join its Revenue Accounting Operations team. This hands-on role sits at the critical intersection of sales execution, billing, and revenue recognition, ensuring the order-to-cash process runs accurately and at scale.
You will review executed order forms and contracts to validate pricing, terms, billing schedules, and product configurations before they are booked in NetSuite. You'll own the accurate setup and maintenance of sales orders, customers, and billing schedules, ensuring complete and reliable data flows through the entire order-to-cash lifecycle. Working closely with Sales, Deal Desk, Finance, and Revenue Accounting teams, you'll troubleshoot contract and billing issues, manage escalations, and flag non-standard terms for appropriate review.
As an accounting checkpoint, you maintain data integrity and ensure clean, accurate handoffs into billing and revenue recognition systems. You'll partner with business stakeholders to identify process improvements and automation opportunities, driving greater efficiency across order-to-cash workflows while supporting ad-hoc projects as needed.
The ideal candidate brings 3–5 years of experience in accounting, revenue operations, order-to-cash, or related functions, with a bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. You must have hands-on experience with NetSuite and Salesforce, exposure to ASC 606 revenue recognition standards, and a deep understanding of how contract terms impact billing and revenue. Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills with a consistently high bar for accuracy and data integrity are essential. You thrive in fast-paced environments, enjoy digging into details, excel at cross-functional problem-solving, and have a process-oriented mindset focused on scalability and efficiency.
