Yoodli is an AI-powered experiential learning platform that has raised $60M (including a $40M Series B led by WestBridge Capital) and serves customers like Google Cloud, Snowflake, Databricks, and RingCentral. The company is building a new category around AI Roleplays for personalized learning and behavior change.
This Senior Revenue Analyst role is the first dedicated data and analytics capability for the go-to-market organization. You'll build a self-service insights culture across sales, customer success, professional services, solutions engineering, support, and marketing—enabling leaders to answer their own business questions rather than creating a report factory.
Key responsibilities include: building dashboards and metrics definitions that empower GTM leaders with self-service analytics; creating reusable, refreshable assets that turn recurring questions into automated insights; providing decision support on live business questions across all GTM functions; developing retention, health, and growth signal analytics (churn, customer health scoring, GRR by segment/rep, product-use signals); leading pipeline and marketing analytics (lead volume/velocity, program performance, conversion analysis); and performing light data engineering to build durable assets while identifying infrastructure gaps.
You'll report to the Director of Revenue Strategy & Operations (or to the CRO until that role is filled) and work directly with the founding team to shape how Yoodli's revenue organization scales. The role is hybrid: 3 days in-office at Seattle HQ (lunch included) plus 2 days remote.
Ideal candidates have 6–9 years in analytics, revenue/GTM analytics, business intelligence, or data-driven strategy with progressive scope as a senior individual contributor. Advanced SQL and expert-level proficiency with a modern BI tool (Tableau, Looker, or Hex) are required. You should be comfortable with light data modeling, translating messy business questions into actionable analysis, and partnering with senior stakeholders as an advisor rather than a service desk. B2B SaaS or B2B AI go-to-market experience and familiarity with GTM metrics and CRM data models (HubSpot or Salesforce) are expected. Revenue operations, sales planning, or customer success analytics experience is preferred.
