Nourish's mission is to improve people's health by making it easy to live a healthy lifestyle through AI-native care delivery matching patients with 10,000+ Registered Dietitians, physicians, medications, lab testing, and AI agents across all 50 states.
As a Senior Revenue Accountant, you will play a critical role in the finance function during a period of significant growth and scaling. This role sits at the intersection of revenue operations and accounting, requiring deep expertise in revenue recognition, billing processes, and financial reporting. You will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely revenue accounting, managing complex billing scenarios, reconciling revenue streams, and supporting financial close processes.
Key responsibilities include: managing revenue recognition under ASC 606 standards; overseeing billing and accounts receivable processes; reconciling revenue across multiple systems and payers; supporting month-end and year-end close activities; identifying and resolving revenue discrepancies; collaborating with operations, product, and finance teams to improve revenue processes; and providing insights on revenue trends and metrics.
The ideal candidate brings 5+ years of accounting experience, preferably in healthcare, SaaS, or other complex billing environments. You should have strong technical accounting knowledge, experience with revenue recognition standards, proficiency in accounting systems and Excel, and the ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities.
