ARX Robotics is seeking a Senior Requirements Engineer to lead requirements engineering and management across the full development lifecycle. This role bridges stakeholder needs, system architecture, verification, and management decisions through rigorous requirements discipline.
Key responsibilities include eliciting, analyzing, and documenting stakeholder, customer, system, and subsystem requirements; translating operational scenarios and regulatory constraints into clear, verifiable specifications; and ensuring end-to-end traceability from needs through architecture to validation. You will maintain requirements hierarchies, facilitate cross-functional alignment, and conduct impact analyses for changes affecting requirements, architecture, interfaces, schedules, costs, and risks.
You will own functional administration and continuous improvement of Jama Connect (requirements management) and Cameo Systems Modeler (architecture modeling), including user management, workflow configuration, data quality assurance, and integration with the broader tool landscape. You will define and maintain modeling and architecture standards, ensuring consistency between requirements and system models.
Additionally, you will develop management dashboards and metrics providing transparent insight into requirements status, quality, coverage, maturity, and risks. You will prepare regular status reports, analyze trends and bottlenecks, and present decision-ready materials to leadership and technical stakeholders.
You will also contribute to selected Systems Engineering activities: supporting system function definition, system boundary analysis, interface specification, requirements decomposition at subsystem and component levels, and verification/validation strategy development. You will advise project teams on Requirements Engineering best practices and tool usage, and create guidelines, templates, and quality criteria for the organization.
