Revolut is seeking a Senior Regulatory Counsel to advise on legal and regulatory issues relating to retail and savings products. This is a strategic in-house role with significant commercial involvement and responsibility for Revolut's ongoing development and growth.
Key responsibilities include:
- Serving as a strategic partner to the Retail and Savings product teams
- Providing expert legal and regulatory advice on structuring new and existing retail and savings products
- Drafting customer-facing legal documents for these products
- Helping to structure and expand features while managing regulatory expectations and applications
- Engaging with European and local regulators
- Balancing leadership and strategic work with hands-on execution
- Managing complex legal matters with tight turnaround times
Required qualifications:
- 6+ years of post-qualification experience (PQE)
- Strong academic credentials and law firm background
- Experience advising on financial regulations in Europe
- Specific experience with retail and savings products
- Knowledge of PSD2 and CRD regulations
- Sound judgment, composure under pressure, and collaborative approach
- Ability to make decisions with ambiguous or incomplete information
- Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills
- Fluent English
