Atoms is building Physical AI—real-world robots for industries that move civilization forward, starting with food, mining, and transport. The company integrates hardware, software, AI, operations, manufacturing, and real estate to deploy and operate robots at scale in real-world environments.
As Senior Recruiting Coordinator, you will own the end-to-end candidate on-site experience and recruiting operations. Your responsibilities include:
• Organize and coordinate complex, multi-stakeholder interviews across global teams and time zones, including high-priority and executive-level searches, ensuring a seamless, high-touch candidate experience.
• Manage all candidate travel and visit logistics: transportation, lodging, office access, meals, and day-of coordination.
• Plan and execute recruiting events, candidate engagement activities, and in-person recruiting experiences.
• Partner across Recruiting, Workplace, Travel, IT, and external vendors to resolve operational issues and continuously improve the candidate experience.
• Own data accuracy and system hygiene in Greenhouse and GoodTime, proactively identifying and fixing inconsistencies before they escalate.
• Lead process improvement initiatives across recruiting operations—identify inefficiencies and drive fixes end-to-end rather than simply flagging issues.
• Create and maintain travel/event documentation, SOPs, and playbooks for recruiting processes, keeping them current and scalable as the team grows.
This role is based in the San Francisco office. Atoms operates on a five-day-per-week in-office model for all office-based teams.
REQUIREMENTS:
• 2–3+ years of experience in recruiting coordination, event operations, or related roles, with demonstrated ownership beyond day-to-day scheduling.
• Experience managing candidate travel, on-site logistics, or recruiting events strongly preferred.
• Strong proficiency with Greenhouse, GoodTime, or similar recruiting/scheduling platforms.
• Excellent judgment and composure when troubleshooting escalations, ambiguous situations, or last-minute changes.
• Track record of identifying process gaps and driving improvements independently, not just executing existing workflows.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with comfort representing the company to candidates, vendors, and cross-functional partners.
• Collaborative and service-minded attitude.
