Hippocratic AI is building safety-focused AI to address healthcare's access problem by delivering clinically rigorous healthcare to underserved populations. As a Senior Recruiter, you will sit at the center of this mission, building teams that shape how quickly and effectively this technology reaches patients.
You will own four core areas of impact:
1. Quality of Hire: Your role goes beyond filling seats. You'll conduct rigorous competency assessments, ensure clean handoffs to hiring managers, and track whether your hiring predictions translate to actual business impact and candidate productivity.
2. Process Efficiency: You'll optimize cycle time, cost per hire, and automation by tightening handoffs and eliminating low-value work. Speed comes from operational excellence, not rushing candidates through the pipeline.
3. Candidate Experience & Offer Acceptance: You'll build close plans early, communicate honestly throughout the process, and ensure every candidate—hired or not—receives a proper closeout. Candidates who feel respected and informed sign offers.
4. Strategic Partnership: You'll kick off every role against a clear specification, keep hiring managers calibrated throughout the loop, and connect closed roles to business outcomes. This earns you influence beyond transactional recruiting.
