As Senior Quantitative Scientist, Implementation, you will lead hands-on development and implementation of robust, scalable analytic workflows using real-world healthcare data. You'll design, code, and execute high-quality statistical analyses and machine learning models that translate clinical data into actionable insights for life sciences companies and medical practices.
Key responsibilities include:
- Lead development of reproducible analytic workflows and pipelines
- Design and execute statistical analyses and ML models on messy healthcare datasets
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (clinical, product, engineering) to translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Mentor junior team members and contribute to team technical standards
- Ensure data quality, reproducibility, and regulatory compliance in analyses
- Drive innovation in quantitative methods for real-world evidence generation
You'll work with exclusive access to the world's largest patient data sources in your specialty areas, directly impacting clinical research and patient outcomes. The role is based in New York with hybrid flexibility, though the company prefers candidates in Eastern/Central time zones for collaboration. Headquarters are in San Francisco with additional offices in Knoxville, TN.
