As Senior Project Manager in Business Operations, you will own the end-to-end delivery of cross-functional initiatives spanning Sales, RevOps, Engineering, Commercial Systems, and other Business Operations functions. This is a senior, largely autonomous role where you will manage your own project portfolio, handle stakeholder relationships directly, and make delivery decisions with minimal oversight.
Key responsibilities include:
- Lead business-critical projects from scoping through go-live, gathering requirements from Sales, Finance, and Commercial Systems stakeholders
- Manage scope, timelines, and risk reporting to leadership
- Coordinate Salesforce configuration changes, business process updates, and internal tool implementations in partnership with Commercial Systems
- Manage dependencies across Engineering, Business Process, Data Analytics, and Marketing Operations teams
- Run structured testing and UAT cycles, coordinate go-live communications, training materials, and sales enablement
- Track project status and risks with regular stakeholder reporting
- Mentor junior team members and contribute to team process improvements
- Lead AI-related projects to automate internal business operations and help colleagues develop project delivery practices
- Improve the team's use of AI in project delivery, refining templates and exploring applications in testing and presentations
You will work within a Business Operations project team that includes a Manager of Sales Operations and a Business Process Analyst, collaborating with specialists across sales operations, finance operations, and commercial systems. The team has an established delivery approach with room for continuous improvement.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Substantial experience in project management within a SaaS environment; understanding of software company pace, ambiguity, and cross-functional dynamics
- Hands-on experience with project management methods and tools to plan work, align stakeholders, and maintain delivery momentum without rigid playbooks
- Hands-on experience with CRM platforms and ability to scope and validate changes to connected business processes (Salesforce experience welcome but not required)
- Clear written and verbal communication in English
- Ability to work collaboratively across teams that do not report to you
- Interest in applying AI tools to improve research, documentation, automation, or project workflows
- Comfortable operating with real autonomy—able to structure ambiguous work independently rather than requiring detailed direction
