Ping Identity, a cloud identity platform company serving Fortune 100 enterprises, is seeking a Senior Project Manager to join its Business Transformation Office (BTO) in Denver, Colorado. In this hybrid role, you will lead complex technology and business transformation initiatives, including AI-enabled projects, while working across Business, IT, Engineering, and Data teams. You will report to the Director of Business Transformation Delivery and focus on clarifying outcomes, mapping workflows, identifying dependencies, and coordinating solution delivery from design through adoption. Key Responsibilities: - Lead and coordinate cross-functional technology initiatives (e.g., sales process improvement), aligning owners, milestones, and capacity while tracking dependencies owned by other teams. - Translate business outcomes and stakeholder needs into executable project plans with clear scope, requirements, acceptance criteria, and documented technical, data, security, process, and change dependencies. - Partner with Product Managers on project execution, planning, governance, dependencies, risks, and delivery while respecting their ownership of product direction and roadmap. - Lead AI transformation initiatives from process redesign through adoption, connecting AI experiences to data, integrations, and systems of work; establish success measures with sponsors and track business value. - Align business and technical stakeholders on goals, ownership, and decisions; adapt as priorities shift, clear blockers, manage critical paths, and escalate conflicts early. - When assigned as Solution Owner, facilitate solution design and integrate outputs from Business Analysts, Process Architects, and Technical Leads without replacing their specialist accountability. - Provide concise, audience-specific delivery updates; translate technical status, risks, dependencies, and trade-offs into executive recommendations and clear decisions for ELT, VP, and individual-contributor levels. Requirements: - Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. - 5+ years in project or program management, delivering complex cross-functional technology initiatives or interdependent portfolios. - 3+ years in transformation, technology delivery, operations, or consulting; able to turn process needs into practical execution. - Experience leading complex projects involving AI/ML, data, analytics, automation, enterprise applications, or similar technologies. - Strong execution skills in scoping, requirements, integrated planning, risk and dependency management, change management, and outcome tracking. - Understanding of responsible AI, data governance, privacy, security, and compliance in enterprise technology delivery. - Denver-based hybrid role with required in-office attendance on Tuesdays. Preferred Qualifications: - Delivered projects in software, cloud, data, or enterprise-application environments with ability to connect business goals to technical dependencies. - Track record building trust with senior leaders, communicating candidly, navigating conflict, and influencing across business and technology teams. - Led cross-functional workstreams through technology, process, or AI/ML product delivery in matrixed environments. - Ability to engage technical teams on architecture, integrations, data flows, model workflows, and system constraints. - Active use of AI in your own workflows to accelerate delivery. - PMP or Agile certification in product or project management. - Proficiency with project and collaboration tools (Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, Smartsheet, Jira, Lucidchart). - Familiarity with software delivery lifecycles and Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or hybrid methods.
