Ripple Treasury is seeking a Senior Professional Services Consultant based in São Paulo to lead complex treasury management system implementations across Brazil and Latin America. You will serve as the senior advisor and trusted subject matter expert for clients, leading end-to-end delivery of multi-entity, multi-currency, and multi-bank implementations.
Key responsibilities include:
**Engagement Leadership & Delivery**: Own complex, high-value implementations from kickoff through go-live and hypercare, accountable for scope, quality, timelines and client satisfaction.
**Discovery & Strategy**: Conduct executive-level discovery sessions with CFOs, Treasurers and Controllers to uncover pain points, map workflows, and define measurable success criteria.
**Solution Architecture**: Design and document the "To-Be" state across Ripple Treasury's full suite (cash, liquidity, payments, risk and accounting), including integrations with banks, ERPs and market data providers.
**Trusted Advisory**: Act as a recognized treasury subject matter expert, guiding clients through best practices, challenging legacy processes, and building business cases for change.
**Regional Expertise**: Leverage deep knowledge of Brazilian and LATAM treasury landscape, including local banking formats, regulatory and tax considerations, to develop repeatable delivery patterns.
**Hands-On Configuration**: Configure the platform on complex workstreams, set configuration standards, and review work of other consultants.
**Mentorship & Team Development**: Coach and mentor Professional Services Consultants, lead peer reviews, and help build out Ripple Treasury's delivery team in the region.
**Escalation Management**: Serve as senior point of contact for difficult client situations, resolving issues quickly and protecting relationships.
**Enablement & Training**: Run high-impact training and train-the-trainer sessions in English, Portuguese and Spanish.
**Cross-Functional Influence**: Work with Product, Engineering and Sales to feed LATAM market requirements into the product roadmap.
**Methodology Improvement**: Help improve implementation methodology, templates and best-practice playbooks.
Ripple Treasury is the leading innovator of integrated SaaS treasury and risk management solutions for digital treasurers, helping organizations achieve strategic treasury through total visibility into cash, liquidity, payments and financial risk management.
**Requirements:**
- 6+ years of experience in client-facing solution consulting and/or enterprise software implementations, specifically in Treasury Management Systems (TMS), ERP or financial SaaS
- Fluent English and Portuguese (written and spoken); Spanish is a strong plus
- Proven track record leading complex, multi-entity or multinational implementations as primary consultant or workstream lead
- Consultative mindset: ask "why," challenge status quo with confidence, lead senior stakeholders toward better outcomes
- Technical depth: hands-on experience with complex software ecosystems, strong understanding of data flows between treasury systems, banks and ERPs; familiarity with bank connectivity (SWIFT, host-to-host, APIs) and file formats
- Deep treasury domain expertise: cash management, cash forecasting, payments, FX, financial risk, and/or hedge accounting
- Financial fluency: experience working with or within Corporate Treasury, Accounting and/or Finance; comfortable discussing cash flow, debt, investments, intercompany and financial risk with executive audiences
- Executive communication skills: translate technical concepts into CFO-level language
- Leadership & mentorship experience: coaching or mentoring junior consultants and raising team quality
- Willingness to travel to client sites across Brazil and Latin America as needed
