Zenoti is seeking a Senior Product Specialist to drive customer onboarding, adoption, and value realization for its AI-powered SaaS platform serving the beauty and wellness industry. The role combines customer success, product consulting, and cross-functional collaboration.
Key responsibilities include leading customer onboarding journeys from setup through initial success, conducting demos and training sessions, and building relationships across technical, business, and executive stakeholder groups. You will act as a trusted advisor, helping customers integrate AI solutions into their workflows, monitor product usage patterns, and identify expansion opportunities. You'll translate customer feedback into actionable insights for internal product and engineering teams.
Cross-functional collaboration is central: you'll partner with Product, Engineering, and Support to resolve escalations, influence the product roadmap with customer insights, and work with Sales and Customer Success on long-term account growth. You'll also track adoption metrics, analyze customer health data, and deliver regular business reviews to both customers and internal stakeholders.
The ideal candidate brings 5–8 years of SaaS experience in roles such as Product Specialist, Solutions Architect, or Business Consultant. Required skills include deep understanding of customer onboarding and adoption frameworks, stakeholder management across diverse groups, proficiency in analyzing product usage data, and hands-on exposure to AI or data-driven products. Strong communication, presentation, and documentation skills are essential. You should be comfortable with remote team collaboration across time zones, able to travel to customer locations when needed, and proficient in MS Office, JIRA, Confluence, and design tools. The role demands logical problem-solving, adaptability in a fast-paced environment, and the ability to juggle multiple concurrent projects.
