Zenoti is seeking a Senior Product Specialist - Adoption to drive customer success and platform adoption for its cloud-based software solution serving the beauty and wellness industry. In this customer-facing role, you will work directly with enterprise and mid-market customers to define requirements, design solutions, and guide successful implementations of Zenoti's comprehensive platform (appointment bookings, POS, CRM, employee management, inventory, marketing tools).
Key responsibilities include conducting product demos and solution reviews, designing and executing proof-of-concept pilots for high-priority customers, configuring the platform to meet specific business scenarios, and ensuring timely resolution of customer issues. You will identify implementation risks, develop mitigation strategies, and maintain detailed documentation throughout the customer lifecycle. Cross-functional coordination with internal teams is essential to align customer needs with product capabilities and manage expectations effectively.
You will be expected to maintain deep subject matter expertise in the product, understand all integration points and enterprise scenarios, and stay current with product updates, business flows, and market dynamics. The role requires excellent communication skills (verbal and written), strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, and the capacity to manage multiple concurrent projects. You will need to be available for night shift hours (6 PM to 1 AM) to overlap with customer time zones, and be open to occasional travel to customer locations.
The ideal candidate brings 3-7 years of experience implementing and supporting enterprise software products. Technical skills including HTML/JavaScript knowledge and familiarity with tools like JIRA and Basecamp are valuable. Experience in the wellness or spa industry is a plus.
