Celonis is the global leader in Process Intelligence and Process Mining technology, and one of the 50 most valuable private companies in the world. The company is seeking a Senior Product Pricing Manager to join its Global Pricing Organization, reporting to the Head of Product Pricing.
The pricing team is responsible for structuring what Celonis sells, how it's sold, and at what price—spanning pricing strategy, pricing analysis, pricing operations, and ad-hoc deal support. As a leading enterprise SaaS business with a global customer base, Celonis is rapidly expanding its solutions portfolio, and the pricing team plays a critical role in defining strategies that balance short- and long-term business success.
In this role, you will build pricing models for Celonis products and solutions, working cross-functionally with GTM, Analytics, Engineering, and Finance teams to develop and test pricing strategies. You'll drive highly visible projects including crafting new business models, assessing revenue and monetization opportunities, and optimizing pricing and packaging for existing and new products.
Key responsibilities include: leading external research initiatives to gather voice-of-customer and market insights to inform pricing strategy; leveraging internal data to ensure frictionless execution of pricing strategies; leading rollouts of pricing changes internally and externally, including asset creation, team enablement, and CPQ/quoting tool configuration; and contributing to win/loss and competitive analysis.
The role requires strong capabilities in both strategy (analytical prowess, data-driven thinking, creativity, business acumen) and execution (conviction, ownership, ability to convert insights into action, focus on results). You'll be based in the NYC office on a hybrid schedule with a minimum of 3 days per week on-site.
Required qualifications: 3+ years developing, delivering, and implementing pricing strategies in enterprise SaaS; solid experience in data modeling, analysis, statistics, and causal inference; proficiency in Excel, SQL, Python, or R; ability to translate business objectives into actionable models; knowledge of value-based pricing methodologies; project management experience; background in customer research and interview techniques; familiarity with generative AI tools (Gemini, Claude); Master's degree in Economics, Marketing, Pricing, Statistics, or related field.
