Harvey is an AI platform transforming legal and professional services by combining frontier agentic AI, enterprise-grade infrastructure, and deep domain expertise. As Senior Product Operations Manager for Integrations, you'll own the operating system behind Harvey's integrations and partner ecosystem—the APIs, MCP servers, and third-party connectors that enable law firms and in-house legal teams to integrate Harvey into their existing tech stacks. You'll manage the full lifecycle of integrations: triaging and prioritizing integration requests from customers and partners, managing relationships with technology and ISV partners, running early-access programs for new integrations, and coordinating cross-functional launches. You'll translate partner and customer feedback into clear requirements and actionable roadmap recommendations, create documentation and enablement materials for both internal teams and partners, and build lightweight systems and processes that allow the integrations program to scale—including partner onboarding checklists, certification criteria, and listing standards. Key responsibilities include owning intake and triage of integration and API/MCP feature requests, managing partner relationships across the full lifecycle, assessing severity and impact of integration issues, planning and running early-access programs with partner selection and feedback collection, coordinating cross-functional launches by tracking dependencies and surfacing risks, and identifying recurring operational challenges to implement scalable solutions. You bring 3-5+ years in Product Operations, Program Management, Partner Operations, or related roles at high-growth tech/SaaS companies, with direct experience inside an integrations team. You have working knowledge of APIs and MCP (Model Context Protocol), understand app store/marketplace/partner ecosystem dynamics, and have managed external technology or ISV partner relationships. You excel at running early-access and beta programs, driving cross-functional alignment without direct authority, and prefer lightweight systems over heavy processes. Strong written communication is essential—you translate feedback into clear requirements and documentation that teams actually use.
