Salary: USD 155,400 - 233,200 / annual
Harvey is an AI platform transforming legal and professional services by combining frontier agentic AI, enterprise-grade infrastructure, and deep domain expertise. As Senior Product Operations Manager for Integrations, you'll own the operating system behind Harvey's integrations and partner ecosystem—the APIs, MCP servers, and third-party connectors that enable law firms and in-house legal teams to integrate Harvey into their existing tech stacks.
You'll manage the full lifecycle of integrations: triaging and prioritizing integration requests from customers and partners, managing relationships with technology and ISV partners, running early-access programs for new integrations, and coordinating cross-functional launches. You'll translate partner and customer feedback into clear requirements and actionable roadmap recommendations. You'll create documentation, playbooks, and enablement materials that help internal teams and partners operate effectively. You'll identify recurring operational challenges and implement lightweight systems, automation, and processes—such as partner onboarding checklists, certification criteria, and listing standards—that allow the program to scale.
You'll also triage partner- and customer-reported integration issues, assess severity and impact, coordinate resolution across teams, and ensure timely communication. This role requires someone who has spent real time inside an integrations team or marketplace/app store business, understands what makes API- or MCP-based integrations reliable in production, and can balance partner needs against Harvey's roadmap and security requirements.
You'll work in a fast-moving environment where the team operates with intensity, stays close to customers, and pushes for excellence. You'll drive cross-functional alignment across Product, Engineering, Partner/BD, and GTM without direct authority, and you'll have a bias toward lightweight systems over heavy processes.
