Enterpret is the customer context layer for product teams, bringing all customer feedback into one place and structuring it with adaptive taxonomy to help product teams decide what to fix next. Companies like Canva, ElevenLabs, Notion, Superhuman, and Zapier use Enterpret to catch what's breaking and prove it's real before shipping fixes. You'll own two core responsibilities: shipping new features to market and building the PLG activation flow. The company releases new product every week and is opening self-serve signups, but launches only matter if customers actually adopt what ships. Right now, launches get announced with no clear ownership of what happens next—whether new users reach value in their first session, existing accounts pick up features, or launches move adoption at all. You'll own those answers. **Shipping new features to market:** You'll take over the weekly product launch calendar. You'll plan launches with product managers ahead of time, deciding positioning, audience, launch tier, and timing. You'll write launch stories and assets: in-product announcements, release notes, announcement posts, demo scripts, and social copy. You'll get sales and customer success ready with talk tracks, demo flows, and objection handling. You'll drive post-launch adoption with targeted email and in-app campaigns to accounts most likely to use the feature. You'll measure launches on adoption and pipeline impact, not impressions, and bring learnings into the next cycle. **Building the PLG activation flow:** Your job starts once someone signs up—making sure new PLG users get real value and keep coming back. You'll define what an activated account looks like and the moments that predict it. You'll build the onboarding journey across email and in-app, including welcome sequences, checklists, tooltips, empty states, and behavior-based nudges. You'll create product enablement like setup guides, walkthrough videos, templates, and example workflows. You'll work with product and design on the onboarding experience itself, bringing user evidence to decisions. You'll own activation and adoption metrics, run experiments, and report weekly on what's working. You'll flag accounts ready for sales conversations and hand them off with context. **Success milestones:** By day 30, you've gone through Enterpret as a new customer would, mapped where self-serve users drop off, and shipped your first launch. By day 90, a working activation flow is live across email and in-app with a clear definition of an activated account and baseline metrics. Every launch ships with enablement and an adoption campaign. By day 180, activation has measurably improved, you can show which launches moved feature adoption, and the launch and activation playbooks run on their own. **Requirements:** - Product marketing experience for AI products at B2B software companies, with portfolio evidence - Deep daily use of AI tools like Claude; you've built a second brain with projects, custom instructions, and knowledge bases that make you faster and more efficient. You can explain how AI features work, where they fall short, and why buyers should trust them - Built a PLG activation or onboarding program and can point to the metric it moved - Owned launches from planning through post-launch adoption at weekly or near-weekly pace - Hands-on with lifecycle and in-app tools (Customer.io, HubSpot, Braze, Appcues, Pendo, Chameleon)—you build campaigns yourself, not write briefs - Comfortable in product analytics tools (PostHog, Amplitude, Mixpanel)—you can define funnels, read cohorts, and set up experiments independently - Clear, concise writing; ability to turn dense product specs into 30-second reads - Creative problem solver who approaches challenges with questions, not answers - Genuine care for customer success, not just business metrics - Strong cross-functional track record with product, design, sales, and customer success **Nice to have:** - Experience marketing to product managers, product engineers, or developers at AI-native companies - Early-stage startup experience where product marketing was a team of one or two - Ability to make product videos (demos, walkthroughs, explainers) - Familiarity with customer feedback, product analytics, or developer tools **Portfolio requirement:** A portfolio is required showing real work in both launch and activation. Include at least one product launch (plan, assets, enablement, adoption results) and at least one activation or onboarding program (before-and-after numbers). Confidential work can be redacted with walkthrough explanation.
