Juniper Square is the operations partner for private markets, serving 2,300+ GPs with a unified platform combining technology, data, and fund administration services. The company manages $300B+ in assets, has 700,000+ LPs on platform, and employs 1,000+ people across 27 U.S. states, 2 Canadian provinces, and international offices. You will own go-to-market strategy, positioning, and messaging for Juniper Square's fund administration business unit, a fast-growing and strategically important segment. This role sits shoulder-to-shoulder with Sales leadership and reports to the Head of Product Marketing. Key responsibilities include: **Fund Administration Strategy & Positioning**: Develop differentiated value propositions for multiple stakeholders (CFOs, fund controllers, heads of finance/operations, investor services, accounting, treasury, compliance, loan operations leaders, and technical evaluators). Build fund administration personas and industry playbooks capturing buyer priorities, objections, and content needs across the sales journey. **Expertise & References**: Build and maintain a living map of Juniper Square's fund administration leaders and experts—who presents well, where each excels, and who to deploy on specific deals. Keep this current as the team scales. Maintain deep knowledge of reference clients and how they vary by size, asset class, and profile so sellers can match proof to prospect. **Product Launches**: Own end-to-end fund administration product and feature launches with repeatable, scalable frameworks. Define launch readiness, drive cross-functional planning, and close the loop post-launch by feeding adoption signals and customer feedback back to Product. **Sales Enablement & Deal Support**: Co-create collateral with Sales leadership and top sellers (executive briefs, ROI narratives, competitive battlecards, demo narratives, stakeholder-specific decks). Drive pipeline, upsell, and cross-sell velocity. Act as internal expert on fund administration deal dynamics for high-stakes opportunities. **Voice of Customer & Competitive Intelligence**: Conduct deep research through customer interviews, win/loss analysis, and Sales feedback. Create customer stories validating messaging. Own competitive intelligence for the fund administration segment and disseminate actionable insights to Sales, Growth Marketing, and Product. **AI-Native Approach**: Use AI agents and tooling as core infrastructure to research accounts, synthesize customer and competitive inputs, and accelerate production of messaging and enablement assets. Apply judgment to know where automation accelerates work and where human insight is critical. **Requirements:** - 3+ years of experience in or adjacent to fund administration (at a fund administrator, on a fund CFO/controller/finance operations team, or at a company selling fund administration technology or services); must understand how these teams operate, who the buyers are, and what they care about. - Experience in B2B product marketing or GTM strategy roles is advantageous but not required, with strong bias toward supporting Sales and influencing deal outcomes. - AI Fluency: experience using LLMs, agents, and AI automation tools to measurably accelerate work; understanding where human judgment is critical. - Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; ability to translate nuanced market insights into clear, compelling GTM artifacts.
