Build and refresh GTM assets including pitch decks, one-pagers, battlecards, and email templates in partnership with the Workforce Solutions team. **Content & Customer Proof:** Run case study production end-to-end from partner interviews and approvals to publishing and distribution. Own the content calendar and maintain steady cadence supporting pipeline goals. Partner with Client Success, Product, and Learning teams to identify outcomes worth telling and translate program details into buyer-ready language. **Demand Gen & ABM:** Build and run outbound and ABM sequences in Clay, from account lists and enrichment to personalized multi-touch campaigns coordinated with sales. Own reporting on campaign and content performance on a regular cadence and use learnings to decide what to test next. Experiment with AI tools to speed up research, content production, and personalization. **Requirements:** - 6+ years of B2B marketing experience across product marketing, demand generation, and/or content, including ownership of positioning and messaging - Track record of building sales enablement assets that sellers actually use and partnering closely with sales teams - Experience producing customer case studies and running a content calendar at steady cadence - Hands-on experience running ABM or outbound programs aimed at enterprise buying committees, including building sequences in Clay or similar tools - Excellent writing skills to make complex offerings clear and compelling for executive buyers - Comfort with data: tracking funnel and campaign metrics, reporting clearly, and using results to change approach - Ability to manage multiple workstreams with minimal day-to-day direction and flag risks and tradeoffs early **Bonus:** Experience marketing to health systems, hospitals, or HR/workforce leaders; background in EdTech, workforce development, or healthcare; first product marketer at Series B–D startup; experience with HubSpot or marketing automation/CRM tools.
