As consumers increasingly rely on AI agents (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini) to discover and purchase products, traditional growth playbooks are being rewritten. AirOps works with category leaders including Ramp, Chime, Airbnb, ServiceNow, and Rippling to help brands get found, recommended, and earn trust in this new landscape. The Senior Product Marketing Manager will play a strategic role in transforming AI search from an important but difficult-to-measure growth channel into a proven, measurable part of marketing teams' strategies. This includes partnering with the company's largest customers to help them quantify the impact of AI search on their buyer journey and marketing outcomes. Key responsibilities include: - Collaborating with product and services teams to develop ROI and measurement frameworks for customers - Partnering with strategic customers to understand their measurement needs and implement AI search measurement into their existing reporting processes - Creating and distributing content, moderating webinars, briefing analysts, and evangelizing the measurement framework across the industry - Supporting sales and customer teams in understanding marketing attribution and how AI search measurement fits into their conversations - Elevating AirOps' business value through positioning, website updates, and marketing materials that demonstrate impact - Shaping the product roadmap to maximize business value for marketing teams This role offers a rare opportunity for product marketing to have genuine influence over product direction, customer relationships, and industry conversation. You'll work with forward-thinking minds in marketing and growth both internally and across AirOps' partner network. REQUIREMENTS: - 7+ years of experience in product marketing, product management, or consulting - Experience working with partners and selling to marketing teams (preferred) - Technical domain experience with marketing attribution systems (a plus) - Proven track record building programs from the ground up and creating marketing plans that break through industry noise - Experience working with analysts and creating positioning to help establish and influence a category - Demonstrated success working with enterprise customers and building enablement programs for customer-facing teams - Balance of speed and rigor—ability to move quickly to market while also applying thoughtfulness and thoroughness when needed
