Nash is hiring its first global field and event marketing lead to own how the company shows up in person across all regions. You will build and execute the event strategy for Nash, a logistics AI platform backed by a16z and Y Combinator, serving 1,000+ customers across 20+ countries.
You will own the complete event lifecycle: building the annual event calendar in partnership with regional GTM leads, deciding which shows and sponsorships Nash participates in and at what scale, and managing the field budget across APAC, EMEA, and North America. You will lead a team of regional field managers and report to the VP of Growth, working directly with Sales leaders in each region.
Key responsibilities include:
- Curating the event calendar and determining Nash's presence at each show
- Creating shared account lists with Sales to align events and outreach
- Measuring event ROI and using data to inform future event strategy
- Managing field budgets across regions, tied to pipeline and deal acceleration
- Overseeing all in-person moments: booths, dinners, hosted events, gifting, merchandise, and swag
- Building ABM events for top accounts, including executive dinners and onsites
- Managing relationships with show organizers, partners, and vendors to secure speaking slots and premium placements
- Selecting and managing vendors and production partners across regions (booth build, print, swag, freight, storage)
- Directing content creation at events, including photography and videography
- Running internal events (all-hands, company offsites) to the same standard as customer-facing events
- Hiring and leading the regional field manager team across time zones
Requirements:
- 7+ years in B2B field or event marketing, with experience across multiple regions
- Proven track record of owning and running shows end-to-end, with measurable results
- Experience running flagship events that became memorable and talked about
- Experience building and leading teams across time zones (employees or contractors)
- Strong self-starter mentality with ability to execute on tight timelines and budgets
- Demonstrated taste and polish in event execution; attention to detail from invites through run of show
- Understanding of pipeline impact and ability to plan events as a cohesive annual program
- AI experience already integrated into your workflow, with something built or improved you can demonstrate
- Command of budget and logistics at scale, with composure during event execution
- Willingness to travel 30-40% of the year
