Gladly is a customer experience AI platform trusted by brands like Crate & Barrel, Breeze Airways, and Ulta Beauty. The company has powered 450M+ conversations globally and delivered $510M+ in cumulative cost savings for customers. You will own product marketing for two core AI platform product areas: Agent Harness (agent orchestration and steering) and AI Core (the AI engine powering resolution across customer conversations). This is a full-stack, hands-on senior individual contributor role with no people management responsibilities. You will own positioning, messaging, launch strategy, and sales enablement for both areas end to end, operating with minimal oversight. Key responsibilities include: - Developing positioning and messaging grounded in how the products actually work (agent behavior, steering, evaluation, measurement), not generic AI claims - Owning launch strategy and execution across all launch sizes, with tier-one launches (largest, most visible GTMs) owned end to end as a core expectation - Creating sales enablement assets: talk tracks, demo narratives, competitive positioning, and objection handling that hold up in technical evaluations - Conducting market and competitive intelligence on the AI agent platform landscape, feeding insights back into product and GTM decisions This is explicitly NOT a product management role (no roadmap ownership or engineering delivery), NOT a people-management role, and NOT a demand generation or content marketing role. REQUIREMENTS: - Demonstrated experience doing product marketing (or closely adjacent work) for AI/ML products, ideally LLM-based products, AI agents, or developer/platform products, where you had to understand the technology deeply enough to be credible with technical buyers - Technical fluency with modern AI systems: ability to explain how LLM-based agents work, what evaluation and steering mean in practice, and why they matter to buyers. No need to build models, but must be conversant with people who do - Daily, hands-on use of AI tooling in your own work (research, drafting, analysis, building) and a point of view on how it changes the PMM craft - Demonstrated senior-IC judgment: ability to carry two product areas simultaneously, prioritize ruthlessly, and operate with minimal oversight - Strong writing and narrative skills, with portfolio samples showing range from technical explainers to executive-level positioning
